Outlook Calendar
The AI booking assistant synced to Outlook
Connect Microsoft 365 and your Outlook calendar drives Echo AI’s booking availability automatically.
Overview
Echo's Outlook Calendar integration uses Microsoft Graph API to read availability and create bookings on your Outlook calendar in real-time. Connect your Microsoft 365 account via Microsoft Identity Platform OAuth and choose which calendars Echo should use. Microsoft Teams meeting links are auto-generated for video bookings. The integration handles enterprise-grade scenarios including shared mailboxes, resource calendars, and timezone normalization. Email confirmations send via your connected Outlook account.
