Google Calendar
The AI booking assistant synced to Google Calendar
Connect your Google Calendar and Echo AI’s booking pages show your real availability. Bookings appear on your calendar instantly.
Overview
Echo's Google Calendar integration uses Google's official Calendar API to read your availability in real-time and write new bookings back. Connect via OAuth and choose which calendars Echo should consider. Echo combines availability across calendars so a meeting on any of them blocks the slot. Bookings made via Echo's /calendar page or directly in chat appear on your Google Calendar immediately with the visitor's details, the meeting link, and any custom fields you collect. Email confirmations and reminders go out automatically.
What you get
- Real-time availability - Echo reads your calendar and only shows truly free slots.
- Two-way sync - Bookings via Echo appear on Google Calendar. Events on Google block Echo slots.
- Reminders - Echo sends booking confirmations and reminders by email.
- Multiple calendars - Connect more than one. Echo combines availability across all.

- 1. Connect Google account - OAuth flow. Standard Google permissions screen.
- 2. Pick which calendars to use - Personal, work, side project - pick which ones Echo reads.
- 3. Set availability windows - When you're open for bookings.
