Overview

Echo's calendar page is a Calendly-style booking surface tied directly to your Echo. Visitors see real-time availability pulled from every calendar you connect - Google, Outlook, Calendly - and pick a slot. Bookings can be free or paid. Paid bookings charge via Stripe or Square at the moment of booking, with full refund handling. Confirmations send by email and surface in the chat as a booking card. Reschedules and cancellations are handled in-chat with synthetic handoff (DD-MM-YYYY format) so the AI stays coherent across multi-step changes.
