Yes. The help centre, blog, video tutorials and community channels are free and open to everyone, including people on the free plan.
Where is the best place to ask a question?
Start with the help centre, since most setup questions are answered there. For anything else, ask in the community channels or email support@echoai.so and the team will pick it up.
Can I show my Echo to other people?
Yes. Any Echo you publish publicly appears in Explore, so other builders can chat with it and see what you made.
Do I need to code to build an Echo?
No. The wizard builds your agent from a description, a website or a document. Developers who want more control get a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server.
