Echo's Discord integration runs as a real Discord bot. You create the bot in the Discord Developer Portal, invite it to your server with the permissions you choose, and Echo starts replying to mentions and DMs with the same brain that powers your other channels. Slash commands give your community quick access to the assistant with /echo and /start. Echo understands roles, so members, moderators, and visitors can see different responses. The integration respects Discord's rate limits and uses official gateway sessions.

Will Echo reply to every message?
No. Echo only replies when mentioned (@bot) or DMed, unless you configure otherwise.
Can Echo create slash commands?
Echo registers built-in /echo and /start commands when you install the bot. Custom slash commands are not configurable today.
Does it work in multiple servers?
Yes. One Echo can be invited to multiple Discord servers.
