Zapier
Automate Echo AI with 8,000+ apps
The Echo AI Zapier integration turns every conversation, ticket and contact into a trigger, and lets any Zap send messages or create records in your Echo.
Overview
The Echo AI Zapier integration connects your assistant to the rest of your stack without writing code. Zapier polls Echo AI for new conversations, tickets and contacts, so you can pipe them into a CRM, a spreadsheet, a project tracker, or an email sequence. In the other direction, actions let any Zap send a message to an Echo, create a contact, or open a ticket, which means a form submission, a new order, or a calendar event can all reach your assistant. Authentication uses an Echo API key generated from the Zapier card inside your Echo editor, and keys can be scoped to a single Echo or to your whole account. API access, and therefore the Zapier integration, is available on Business and Enterprise plans.
What you get
- Four triggers - New conversation, new ticket, new contact, and an Echo picker so each Zap targets the right assistant.
- Three actions - Send a message to an Echo, create a contact, and create a ticket from any app in your Zap.
- API key auth - Connect with an Echo API key from Edit Echo > Connections > Integrations > Zapier. Scoped to one Echo or your whole account.
- 8,000+ apps - Route Echo data into Sheets, Notion, HubSpot, Slack, Airtable, Gmail, or anything else Zapier supports.
How it works
- 1. Open the Zapier card in your editor - Edit Echo > Connections > Integrations > Zapier. Copy your API key from /admin/{echotag}/api.
- 2. Connect Echo AI in Zapier - Create a Zap, pick Echo AI, and paste the API key when Zapier asks for it.
- 3. Pick a trigger or action - Poll for new conversations, tickets and contacts, or send messages and create records from other apps.
