Overview

The Echo AI Zapier integration connects your assistant to the rest of your stack without writing code. Zapier polls Echo AI for new conversations, tickets and contacts, so you can pipe them into a CRM, a spreadsheet, a project tracker, or an email sequence. In the other direction, actions let any Zap send a message to an Echo, create a contact, or open a ticket, which means a form submission, a new order, or a calendar event can all reach your assistant. Authentication uses an Echo API key generated from the Zapier card inside your Echo editor, and keys can be scoped to a single Echo or to your whole account. API access, and therefore the Zapier integration, is available on Business and Enterprise plans.
