Echo AI collects account details, Echo configuration, uploaded knowledge, conversations, booking and payment metadata, billing information, device information, and product usage events needed to operate the service.

How we use data

We use data to operate Echo AI, deliver AI responses, process payments, send essential notifications, detect abuse, improve reliability, and provide analytics to the account owner.

AI processing

Uploaded knowledge and conversations may be sent to model providers so Echo can answer visitors. Echo does not use your private data to train external models.

Retention and deletion

You can delete Echo data from the dashboard. Account deletion removes user-owned content according to the retention rules required for security, billing, and legal compliance.

Subprocessors

Echo AI works with vetted providers for infrastructure, payments, email, analytics, storage, and AI model processing, including Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, Netlify, and other operational providers.
