Your Echo, answering customer emails
Give customers an email address for your Echo. It reads their enquiries and replies with your knowledge and tone, in their language.
Overview
Email gives each Echo an address at inbox.echoai.so. Customers write to that address and your Echo replies using its knowledge and tone. Incoming messages and replies are saved in Conversations so you can review the exchange alongside your other channels. Share the address directly or configure forwarding from your own inbox with your email provider. Forwarding does not change the Echo’s sending address. You can pause or disconnect the integration from Connections. Email is available on Pro, Business and Enterprise, and replies use Echo credits.
