Media
Richer chats than text alone
Visitors can share files, images, and audio. Echo can read media context, transcribe voice, and generate images for supported plans.
Overview
Echo supports more than text. Visitors can upload files during a conversation, including images, documents, and audio within safe limits. Audio can be transcribed, images can carry descriptions, and documents can provide context for a reply. On plans with media generation enabled, Echo can also create images directly in chat. The editor separates media capabilities from basic identity settings so owners can decide exactly what their Echo is allowed to do.
What you get
- Visitor uploads - Images, documents, and audio can be attached to conversations safely.
- Voice notes - Audio is transcribed so Echo can reply with the right context.
- Image generation - Generate visuals from chat when media capabilities are enabled.
- Plan and safety gates - Media tools follow plan limits, file caps, and moderation rules.
How it works
- 1. Enable media capabilities - Choose which upload and generation tools the Echo can use.
- 2. Visitor attaches context - Files become part of the conversation, not separate support emails.
- 3. Echo responds with context - The answer references what was uploaded or creates media when allowed.
Who it is for
- Product support - Visitors send screenshots or photos and Echo can understand the issue.
- Creative workflows - Creators can let fans request images or branded media from chat.
