The terms governing use of Echo AI.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, your Echo configuration, uploaded content, connected integrations, visitor interactions, and compliance with applicable laws.

Acceptable use

Do not use Echo AI for spam, harassment, fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, malware, privacy violations, or content that infringes third-party rights.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices are tax-exclusive. VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout where required.

Credits and service limits

Credits cover AI replies, voice, image generation, scraping, and other usage-based actions. If credits run out, some Echo replies and actions may pause until the next refresh or a top-up.

Intellectual property

You own the content you upload and configure. Echo AI owns the platform, product design, orchestration, brand, and software.

Liability

Echo AI is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the service during the prior 12 months.
